We spent the pandemic summer of 2020 in Pennsylvania, working hard to avoid Covid-19.
Our scheduled trip to Scotland and Ireland had been canceled, along with the rest of the world’s summer travel plans.
In addition, some states required a 10-day quarantine upon entry. So this was the perfect opportunity to explore the wonderful state of Pennsylvania, spend time outdoors, and eat ice cream until we couldn’t.
We used VisitPA’s Scooped: An Ice Cream Trail lists as we mapped our route. Other creameries were also added to our plan.
