Ice Cream Trail Stop – NOT #12 – The Nesting Box, Kempton, PA – closed today

Well, Google was correct on this one. The Nesting Box is closed today.

This appears to be a small, family farm that sells eggs with ice cream as a side business. It reminded us of Footprints Farm close to our PA home.

The proprietor came out to see why I was taking photos. We had a nice conversation and she recommended Kleins (two stops ago) and also one which is not on our list, Owowcow in Ottsville, PA.

It was a fun drive through rutal roads and fields (although my nose was in my phone, writing the last post.)

Off to ride 45 minutes to our next stop.
