Oregon Dairy stayed open until 9:00 p.m. so we decided to head on over. They have a large compound including two large stores, we assume a grocery store and a farm resource store, the ice cream store with a large outside deck with seating, possibly a restaurant in “normal” times, a huge playground, goats, a pond, and more.
They had Bordeaux Cherry which looked promising but the sample tasted too much like maraschino cherries so I passed. Instead I chose coconut almond fudge. It had nice big pieces of toasted almonds. The fudge didn’t offer enough chocolate flavor so I wished for chocolate chips in it.
Gregg ordered caramel chocolate chip. It was salty which was surprising but not offputting. He liked the flavor combination.
